Here are some frequently asked questions about Fireflies Holiday Lights at Segra Park. We will continue to update this as more information is released and as we get closer to the 2023 holiday season.

What are the hours of the event?
Monday - Sunday: 6pm to 9pm; excluding night the lights are closed. Last entry into the park will be 8:45pm every night.
How much are tickets?
Ticket prices will vary based on the month in which you are attending the lights. In November, Holiday Lights tickets will be $10 per person, and in December Holiday Lights tickets will be $12 per person.

Children 2 years of age and younger are free, and do not require a ticket for entry. Military members, First Responders and Seniors aged 65+ will receive $2 off their ticket with valid ID.
What does my ticket entry include?
All tickets are general admission and get you access to the breathtaking view of more than one million LED Christmas lights with themed areas, numerous vendors and visits with Santa Claus.

Can I buy tickets online?
Mobile ticketing has been implemented for all events. Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets online and in advance for ease of entry. Tickets can be purchased online here.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
We encourage fans to purchase their tickets online, but you can purchase Fireflies Holiday Lights tickets by calling the Dukes Investigations Fireflies Ticket Office at (803)-726-4487 ext. 1, or by visiting us at the Ticket Office during the week (Monday-Friday) from 9am-5pm. The Ticket Office will also remain open from 6:00pm – 8:45pm during Fireflies Holiday Lights event days to assist those who did not purchase tickets in advance.
What's the rain policy?
If an event is canceled due to inclement weather, we will immediately update our website and social media as soon as we have information. Weather can change quickly, so be sure to stay tuned to these channels for any and all updates! If no further updates are posted, no changes to the event time have been made.

Certain areas of the ballpark may remain closed due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which areas will be closed or which areas remain open is not possible because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different areas. The Columbia Fireflies make every effort to reopen the entire ballpark as quickly and safely as possible.

In the event that the event is officially canceled, you will be able to exchange your ticket to any remaining 2023 Columbia Fireflies Holiday Lights date (based upon availability, no refunds will be issued). In order to do this, simply hold onto your ticket and bring it to the Dukes Investigations Fireflies Ticket Office when you have picked out a new date, or call ahead at 803-726-4487 ext. 1 with the order number.
Is there assigned seating?
All tickets are general admission. We do have several areas around the ballpark for guests to sit down, relax and enjoy the light show.
Is there a discount for military, seniors or large groups?
Yes, military, seniors, first responders and large group pricing is offered every day. Groups consist of groups of 20 or more people.

Is there food available?
Yes! A wide variety of food and drink choices will be available, as well as holiday-themed drinks and concessions throughout the concourse.
Can I walk around more than once?
Yes! Once you're inside Segra Park, you may stay as long as you'd like!
Will Santa be there?
Yes! Santa will be available to take pictures and hear Christmas wishes every night the lights are open through December 23rd, 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Is there a clear bag policy?
Yes. These events will adhere to the normal Segra Park clear bag policy. Click here for more information.
Can I bring in strollers or wheelchairs?
Yes. We allow both at Segra Park.
Is there a charge for parking?
Parking in complimentary for all Fireflies Holiday Lights Patrons.
Fireflies Holiday Lights guests can park in the Freed Street Parking Deck located on the corner directly across from main plaza of Segra Park. ADA Accessible parking spots will be available in the Freed Street Parking Deck as well as in the parking lot beyond the right field fence with access off Barnwell Street. Additional parking for the Fireflies Holiday Lights will also be available along the surface streets surrounding Segra Park throughout the BullStreet District.

How do you become a vendor?
Space is limited and dates will be filled upon a first come, first served basis. Vendors will be located in the Vendor Village on the left field bridge. For more information on how to book your vendor booth space today, please contact:
